His experience includes supporting brands such as altafiber, Hawaiian Telcom, DIRECTV, SiriusXM, Symantec, SAP, Intuit, IHOP, Six Flags, Operation Smile, Make-A-Wish, American Red Cross, and Special Olympics. Working across both commercial and mission-driven organizations has given him a broad perspective on how direct marketing can help organizations achieve a wide range of business objectives.
Josh's expertise spans direct mail strategy, client service, creative and copy development, campaign planning, production management, testing, optimization, and performance analysis. Clients count on Josh to keep complex programs moving, anticipate challenges before they become problems, provide candid guidance, and ensure every campaign is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Josh is especially proud of the long-term client relationships he has built throughout his career. Outside of work, Josh enjoys road trips, discovering new restaurants, and attending live concerts, especially classic yacht rock bands from the 1970s and 1980s.
